Our Commitment

Melt has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and protecting minors from harm on our platform.

Age Restriction

Melt is exclusively for users 16 , 17 and 18 years and older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under these age criteria to use our app. During registration, we verify age and promptly remove any underage accounts.

Prohibited Activities

We strictly prohibit:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors
• Sextortion or trafficking of children
• Any behaviour that endangers or exploits children

In-App Safety Features

• Reporting System: Users can report child safety concerns via our in-app reporting tools
• Moderation: All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours
• Detection: We employ automated systems and human review to identify harmful content
• Blocking: Users can immediately block and report other users

Compliance & Law Enforcement Cooperation

• We comply with all applicable child safety laws globally
• We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies
• All illegal activity is reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable
• We maintain records as required by law
