Welcome to Melt, a platform for authentic connections through live audio and video calls. By accessing or using the Melt application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

By using Melt, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years old. Certain features and regions may require users to be 18 years or older.
All information you provide during registration and use of the App is accurate, current, and complete.
You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to share your account, impersonate another person, or create false identities.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Melt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

By using Melt, you agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose: connecting with others via audio/video calls and chat in a respectful manner.
Prohibited Conduct Includes:
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.
Sharing sexually explicit content, engaging in sexual solicitation, or inappropriate behavior.
Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
Recording, distributing, or publishing other users' content without explicit consent.
Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws.
Respect the privacy and boundaries of other users. Do not share others' personal information without consent.
Content you share (profile, chats, calls) must be lawful and respectful. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.

4. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Melt uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") for in-app features.
Coins can be purchased via third-party payment processors (e.g., Google Play Billing, PayPal).
All purchases are final. Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Coin features at any time.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Melt, you consent to such processing.

6. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to Melt if you:

Violate these Terms & Conditions.
Engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal activity.
Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the App.
Create risk or legal exposure for Melt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Melt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
We are not responsible for user conduct, interactions, or content shared via the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Melt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
